How does the free trial work?
Every new account gets 14 days with 25 free solves on the five OFC formats, practice mode, and the Fast engine. Taiwanese is not included. No card required. The trial ends when you use the solves or the days run out, whichever comes first.
What counts as a solve?
One solve is one completed engine run: a trainer line, a Fantasyland analysis, or a Taiwanese rollout. Browsing solution libraries and practice mode never count against your limit.
Which platforms does OFC Lab run on?
Windows 10 and 11, 64-bit and 32-bit. Get either installer from the download page. A macOS installer is not available yet.
Which formats are included?
Pineapple, 2-7 Pineapple, Progressive, Ultimate Progressive, and Ultimate + Progressive + Jokers are in the trial and on High Roller. Pro is Pineapple, Progressive, and Ultimate Progressive. Taiwanese is High Roller only. The trial uses the Fast engine. Pro and High Roller add Accurate and Precise.
Do I need to be online?
Solves run entirely on your machine. The app checks your subscription when you're online and keeps working offline for 7 days between successful check-ins.
How do I cancel my subscription?
From your account page, choose Manage billing and cancel in the billing portal. You keep access until the end of the paid period. No lock-in, no exit fees.
What is your refund policy?
If OFC Lab isn't for you, email us within 14 days of any charge and we'll refund it in full. See the terms of service for the details.
Can I share my account?
Accounts are per player. One subscription signs in on your own machines, but sharing credentials violates the terms and can get the entitlement revoked.
Is OFC Lab allowed where I play?
OFC Lab is a study tool for analyzing hands away from the table. Using any solver in real time while playing online ("RTA") violates every major site's rules and our terms. Study hard, play fair.
